    A World Champion Sailor!

    We have a world champion helmsperson in our midst! In November 2025, IWFCT Member Laura Grondin won the world championship sailing trophy for J/70 craft in Buenos Aries — the first female ever to do so!! This is truly the most coveted in sailing.

    Laura was also named a finalist for the 2025 Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year (to be awarded in February). We're so thrilled for you, Laura!
