Johanna Bond is the President and CEO of Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Director of the Middletown Central Regional Tourism District. She fosters business growth by enhancing local economies, championing collaborative initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Johanna built a 30 years career with the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce starting as the Director of Events and moving to becoming the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer leading to her position of President and CEO.
​
In her role, Johanna provides strategic and visionary leadership, advocates on behalf of Chamber members at local, regional and state levels influencing policies and legislations that impact the business community. She fosters strong relationships with member businesses, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing relevant resources and support. She cultivates relationships with government officials, policymakers, and community leaders to promote pro-business policies and initiatives. She also address the community needs and priorities by collaborating with businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions an government agencies.

Johanna serves as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the Chamber representing its interests to the media, public and various stakeholder. She promotes programs, events and initiatives through various channels.
